How to play

Short guides for every Wezen game. Jump to the one you're about to play.

The Outsider

Everyone receives the same secret word — except The Outsider, who gets nothing (or a decoy). Players take turns giving one clue that proves they know the word without giving it away.

  1. Read your secret card privately.
  2. Each player gives one clue, in order.
  3. Discuss. Who sounded vague? Who overexplained?
  4. Vote in secret. Votes are revealed together.
  5. If The Outsider is caught, they get one final chance: guess the word.

Scoring

  • Vote for the real outsider: +100
  • Caught outsider misses the final guess: +40 to insiders
  • Survive the vote as the outsider: +150
  • Caught, but guess the word: +100

Modes

Classic Blank — the outsider receives no word at all.

Related Word — the outsider receives a similar decoy and may not even know it.

Two Outsiders — for bigger tables. They don't know each other.

Family — curated safe words for all ages.

Fast — shorter timers, quicker rounds.

Where Am I?

Study a photo, place a pin on the world map, and score by how close you land. Same places for everyone on the daily tour.

  1. Look at the photo — landmarks, terrain, and language clues all help.
  2. Tap the map to drop your pin, then lock the guess.
  3. Daily World Tour is five places; Quick Play is three. Country Streak asks which country — one miss ends the run.
  4. In a live room, everyone pins the same place against the timer; closest wins the round.

Finish It!

Everyone starts from the same sketch. Finish it your way — solo has no score; live rooms vote on the gallery.

  1. You get a starter line or shape on a blank canvas.
  2. Draw to complete or transform it. Daily Doodle is one starter a day for everyone.
  3. Practice lets you pick any starter and draw at your own pace.
  4. Live: draw in secret, then vote on anonymous gallery slots before artists are revealed.

Word Rescue

Reveal a hidden word by guessing letters (or the whole word) before your chances run out.

  1. Wrong letters cost a chance; a wrong full-word guess costs two.
  2. Daily Word: one curated word, six chances, with a hint after three mistakes. Accents must match.
  3. Classic: pick language, category, and difficulty — each word gets a fresh six chances.
  4. Survival: eight chances shared across words; solving one restores a chance (up to the cap).
